Rental Week	Minimum 4-night rental week


Balance	First half of rental payment (nightly rate, pool heat, cleaning fee, and tax) is due four months prior to arrival; the second half is due two months prior to arrival


Deposit	$500 is due within 5 days of temporary date hold and is held 30 days past home inspection after departure.


Cancellation	Rent deposit is non-refundable. Any paid "nightly" rent greater than rent deposit is refundable if a booking is cancelled prior to 60 days before arrival date. If booking is cancelled after 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date, rent monies (less rent deposit) will be returned before each night of booking if owner re-rents home during affected dates.


Transfer	Deposit can be transferred to reschedule alternative vacation dates in this rental home


ADDITIONAL FEES:

Cleaning Fees	6 or fewer nights, $135 / 7 or more nights, free


Pool Heat	$30 per night (optional use)
