| Cancellation | Rent deposit is non-refundable. Any paid "nightly" rent greater than rent deposit is refundable if a booking is cancelled prior to 60 days before arrival date. If booking is cancelled after 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date, rent monies (less rent deposit) will be returned before each night of booking if owner re-rents home during affected dates. | ||||
